I have plenty of ideas, just I do not know which way I should go. Writing horror is not always easy. For one, I have to do a ton of research because it would be strange to have a killer in a bok not be able to do his killing right or to have something seem so far-fetched. So this takes time. But right now I am trying to figure out what direction I want to go, do I kill this person or not, do I make it out that they suffer or survive? These are questions that I have to ask myself in my book and see what possible outcomes would come from doing one or the other. Because it affects the direction of the book. If I kill off a character too early it changes how the novel is. If I keep a character too long, it can also affect the way the novel is written. So here I come to an impasse, what do I want to happen? How do I see my novel working itself out? I have to take the time and figure out what I want, unfortunately, that is where I come to a standstill. I am not sure what I want.
